A starter is provided for all groups, to ensure that you have a smooth running day.
Buggies are available from the Pro Shop on request.
Nearest the pin and longest drive competitions available through the Pro-Shop
Guidelines
Handicaps: Society Members must be members of a recognised Golf Club and hold a current handicap. Application of the normal rules of conduct, etiquette and dress is the responsibility of the Society organiser.
Dress Codes: To save embarrassment on the day, please ensure your members comply with the Dress Codes both on the Course and in the Clubhouse (see below).

Catering: All catering arrangements must be booked in advance with the Secretary. Breakfast is available from 8.00am, Lunch 12.00-14.00 & Dinner from 19.00.
Starting Times & Tees: The format of play and times must be agreed with Secretary prior to visit. Yellow tees will be used at all times.
Format of Play: Singles, Threes, Foursomes, Greensomes. No Texas Scramble
On Arrival: Please report to the Pro Shop on arrival.
Security Code: A security code will be given to you on arrival, which will allow you to access the changing rooms.
Buggies: Buggies can be booked direct with the Pro Shop.

8th Hut: Our 8th hut is extremely popular with visitors. If you wish we can charge your main account with purchases made at the hut from group members.
Final Bill: Your final bill will include the package booked, bar bill and any other relevant purchases. Payment should be made by cheque, payable to: West Surrey Golf Club.
